Full disclosure: This is a page from the St. Petersburg Times, where Ron and I worked together in the mid-’90s. The Times is a paper that obsesses over readers and the details that compel readers, and Ron offers an excellent rundown of how that plays out on a Page 1A focused on the second-day story of Osama bin Laden’s death.
